How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 90 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 90 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is, but not limited to:

  • -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • -within 90 calendar days of the delivery date (after 90 days no returns are allowed)
  • -must not be a special order or a custom order
  • -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return  policy time period other than that 90 days noted in that item's  particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
 

REFUNDS

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
 
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
 
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or a credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
 
OPENED MERCHANDISE
 
Remanufactured/ Compatible Laser Toner Cartridges - Opened/defective remanufactured cartridges may be returned within 90 days of the purchase for a replacement cartridge or a full refund of the purchase price. If the order was placed incorrectly and the cartridges have been opened, we will not accept them back as they are no longer in sellable condition. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us at to set up a replacement or return.
 
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges
Name brand cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark etc.,) are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. If you have a defective item, please contact the manufacturer to verify the manufacturers' warranty. We do not accept returns of open OEM cartridges.
 
 
RESTOCKING FEES

There is a 20% restocking fee to cover administrative costs for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
 

EXCHANGES

If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have bought a new printer and the product you previously bought doesn't go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened. If the box has been damaged, opened or any seals broken we are not able to accept this product for an exchange. The box MUST be unopened and without markings.

If you would like to return any of our products for an exchange or refund please send them to the address below. Make sure to include a copy of your invoice or email confirmation. If you cannot locate this information please contact our customer service department. Please write your order number down on the outside of the return package. A short note indicating if you would like a refund or exchange will also make the process much quicker. All returns are processed, credited, or reshipped within 7-10 business days of the products arriving back to us.
